Are there advertisements on the faxes I send?
No. Absolutely not.
Does the recipient know I'm sending from HelloFax?
No. We send whatever you include in your attachment and nothing more. We never don't add any text or images to your faxes.
Why should I go with HelloFax.com?
We don’t charge monthly rates, fees or make you sign a contract. We only charge you for the faxes you send and your faxes don't expire at the end of each month. Besides, we are absolutely committed to our customers.

Can we receive faxes?
No. Currently you can only send faxes. If there's enough interest, we'll build that feature in the future.
Can I send a fax to multiple recipients at once?
Not yet. We will soon add that feature
My fax didn't send. What's wrong?
Before contacting us, please verify that:
1. That you've waited long enough.
-Unlike email, which is almost instantaneous, faxes are old school and take time to send. If it says "pending", keep waiting. Although it should not take this long to send, the faxes time out and default to fail after 90 minutes.
2. That fax number is correct
3. That you've included an attachment
